The Giraffe Bone used in this folder is from the leg bone of a
giraffe from South Africa. This bone has a nice patina and translucence.
The Quilted Sapele is from Africa is "Quilted" which means it has 3-D pillows throughout. Quilted Sapele wood has a 3-D appearance and contrasts nicely with the lightly colored Giraffe Bone. |
